I have a problem with authority. I have a problem with people who take advantage of their authority. I have a problem when people are given authority yet have no clue how to use it. Instead they abuse it.  Like most people do. But there is something about it here. What would drive a person to use their authority to belittle and disrespect another ?  Why is conflict the best solution? Why be so damn difficult for no fucking reason? For the life of me since I arrived here, I have never understood why finding a solution to a problem is to meet it with negativity. Why the only way I can get ahead is through yelling or pushing over the next man. Now don't get me wrong, people act like this everywhere. The problem I have is that the manners and respect (genuine or not) are taken out of the equation here. You're a hypocrite , you lack communication skills , you're short tempered, impatient, and fucking disrespectful! Yet you're given the authority to guide, direct, and develop. The fuck?!!!!
